From 2003, Seisen Jogakuin College has two departments: Early Childhood Education and International Communication. We are a Junior College where you can develop your potential, and acquire the strength and courage necessary to face lifeﾕs challenges.
The Early Childhood Education Department(ECED)
eaches technical knowledge and skills through practical class work and teaching practicums.
The International Communication Department(ICD)
integrating the former English Department and International Cultural Department, teaches the knowledge and the technical skills, necessary in today's international society.

Seisen Jogakuin College endeavors to nurture young women in the spirit of Catholicism by encouraging intellectual insight, strong ethical and moral values, and a sense of responsibility to the needs of society.
Our Campus and Departments
Seisen Jogakuin College is surrounded by beautiful nature and located on a small hill in the northern part of Nagano City. It is a 13-minute walk from JR Sansai Station.
